Mr Jake went for IPPT in the morning while I waited for him at home.

No actually I was sleeping away at home. hehe.

We went to have lunch at Nosh with Haoyong and Melody.

I liked the place,

but it was kinda hot that day.

Now i'm wondering why we didnt take photo of the place.

Seafood Pasta.

So So standard, only got prawns and fish.

I was so looking forward to my egg benny.

Even ordered bacon side dish to go with it.

But it failed me big time. lol.

The egg was not hot at all,

in fact the whole egg benny was not hot AT ALL.

Sad.

Plus I lost my appetite halfway due to tummy cramp.

Had to go home right after lunch because I was feeling really unwell.

Tummy cramp, giddy, nauseous. :((

Sorry dear bring me out very troublesome..

But I appreciate #mybestboyfriend who is always there to sayang me when I'm unwell.

I didnt know he took this photo cos I was resting on the way home..

Until one fine day I bu xiao xin look at the camera hehe.

Waffle Ice cream at Haato, Clark Quay.

Went through hardship for this!

Was going up the Carpark slope at The Central when the vehicle stuck halfway.

No diesel, can't start. *Sweats*

Maybe not so jialat if the BMW in front wasn't moving like tortoise up the slope,

you know..stay at the angle for too long..the engine cant reach the fuel or something like that.

All the cars behind us were affected, for a full 45 minutes!

So sorry to those who were affected and greatly appreciated those kind souls who tried to help! :)

Car started after refilling the diesel.

Luckily got spare in the boot.

So back to the dessert.

we thought that the waffle was good!

Got buttermilk taste, the type that I love.

but the ice cream could have been better, cos it melted too quickly!

Maybe separating the waffle and ice cream might be a good idea.

Cos after the ice cream melt, the waffle went nua. lol!

Will be back for it though. :)

It's actually berry sauce la.

This is nice!

Again we are not berry sauce lover,

would request the sauce to be at the side if we ever order again. lol.

Saturday Dinner at Turf City to celebrate Ping papa's birthday in advance!

Because I have company team building on his actual birthday,

On our way to Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant,

we went to take a look at the newly opened Pasarbella,

the concept is very similar to Aquatic Addiction (上引水产）in Taiwan.

It's basically a market place with different areas.

They have cooked food, cafes, bakeries, beef market, seafood markets, etc.

Big!

This was at the entrance.

I was gasping for air. lolll.

Then Mingyan gasped for air. lolll.

Definitely going to eat there SOON!

I ordered mint again and dear ordered durian.

omg, can u imagine peppermint ice cream with pepper?

Maybe the authentic peppermint literally comes with pepper, I noob.

Durian ice cream ok but taste like Potong's.

Waffles were hard.

Maple syrup too sweet.

Butter too salty.

We paid $14.50.

It's coin pancakes with Choc ice cream, peanut & marshmallows.

The small pancakes so adorable.

The fillings are made of digestive crumbs, 很香!

Except that we didnt like the berry sauce. haha.

Will go back to try the American style Pancakes.

Our long weekend started with Carousel Buffet on Thursday.

Didnt really have occasion coming up so we take it as our monthsary dinner since it's on the 8th!

No we dont normally splurge on our monthsaries,

so just this once. hehe!

Out of the many buffets we went, this is the first to have utensils holder.

very thoughtful because our utensils sometimes get cleared away together with the used plates.

Sashimi & Japanese Teriyaki.

Garlic rice smells so niceee...

Another thing that impressed us.

Boyfriend loves his sashimi with only soya sauce, while i need the Wasabi.

So we always had to take 2 separate dishes.

When your hands/plates are already full of food (hahah greedy like us), the stacks did us a huge favour because we can take both at once.

I wonder if others got the same problem lol!

Trivial details like such shows their service quality, dont u think? :))

Fresh seafood, so much variety!
