Brought Jake there to try bcos I tot that the squid ink pasta was not bad the other time I tried.

But he didn't fancy the cafe's tomato based pasta, neither do I lol. 

White wine mussels were good.

Our 2nd MBS Hotel Staycation!

This time round we got a room with city view (supposedly)

But we were given a room on the low level, kena blocked -.-

Coffee is nice, food is really so so.

Went to Far East Shopping Centre with the boys to get their PS3.

So excited with their toys. lol

I think they spent approx $500 with all the games and controllers.

One game cost like $70+.

I can buy duno how many dresses liao hahaha.

Jake and I went to have our dinner at Mad For Garlic!

Bought some vouchers from Deal.com

Saved about 25% haha..

The garlic bread was awesome!

It's quite expensive, $4.90 for one round bread as seen above.

The pastas were not bad..but dear preferred his tomato sauce to be less thick, not too diluted of cos.

While my aglio olio was garlicky and peppery hot, like :)

Generous serving for the seafood though!

Walked around Liang Court,

then chance upon this bakery cafe Dulcet & Studio.

Pretty chiffon cakes so we bought some to try!

The strawberry chiffon and rose chiffon.

Selling at $6+ to $7+ each.

Not too bad! But i prefer the usual sponge cake if there's cream haha.

Jake made some coffee and tea to go with them.

This was our supper!

I know la, fat die but who cares lol.

I forgot where we were going, cable boy.

We will usually meet up in the midweek after work.

Before sending me home, ah dear brought me to The Daily Scoop.

We went to the outlet at Chip Bee..

looks like a good area for chilling.

Coincidentally met his colleague there.

Salted Mr Brown is nice! I think it's just salted caramel with brownies bit/cookies.

Mint was not bad too..but Vanilla was so so.

Like the waffles there, will probably go back :)
