Over the weekend, we went for a 2 day 1 night trip to Kukup!

wanted to make use of this chance to celebrate Gerald's and Lifen's birthday :)

9 of us went..it's about S$95 each.

On our way to Malaysia Kukup in a mini van!

Edwin kept laughing at Jake's funny face.

We cant help but to take some photos upon reaching..

The guys are ready to fish!

In front of the "restaurant" where we were suppose to have lunch right away.

By the sea, on stilts.

Our table was close to this balcony-like place..

Must camwhore again.

You can SMELL it. haha. the fishy smell. omg.

Basically what we paid includes transport, accommodation, lunch, teabreak, dinner, breakfast, and lunch again.

The whole island is surrounded by water..

Shit water lol.

Why i say that?

cos when u go toilet, u can see a hole in the toilet bowl..

which allows the waste to go right into the water underneath the house when u flush. 

You can see all the mud skippers and weird coloured crabs during low tides.

I wonder how they survive..

But the amazing thing is it doesnt smells like shit when u walk out leh.

How come ar?

maybe bcos the sea water washes the waste away during high tides?

I duno. hehe.

On our way to our 'resort'.

I'm lazy to upload photos of the interior.

Basically there are 6 rooms, kitchen, big balcony at the back, 2 common toilets and a living room.

Quite huge and clean!

Oh and one of the rooms has a toilet en-suite.

Liwen, Delvin, Lifen, dear and me sharing the one with the toilet hehe.

Everywhere looks like this.

So what to do over there???

you can eat, sleep, relax, read, sing KTV in the living room, go fishing, go to the nature park for a walk, play mahjong or poker, drink beer and coconut.

For Jace, it's singing, napping and heart to heart talk with the girls.

teehee.

aiya i know i paid money to do nothing la..

but i'm happy cos i realy need a good rest.

Best is nothing better to do lol.

For Jake,

it's fishing with the guys, go walk walk buy beer, eat ice cream, mahjong and some singing haha!

While the guys were out, the girls stayed indoor.

Cos the sun was bright and fierce!

so lazy hahaha.

But we got to eat the tea break prepared by the auntie!

Prawn cracker.

nice leh, with the chilli.

Green bean soup to neutralise the heaty cracker haha.

Nua-ing.

oh forgot to mention, one room can slp like 8 couples.

Cos all bunk beds!

Pauline went kitchen to take water then suddenly run out to the living room,

we thought what happened.

Then she say got monkey in the kitchen!

omg a monkey in the house??

All of us ran over to check out.

Only to find an empty plate which was orignally filled with corns for our BBQ dinner later.

The monkeys came in form the balcony and stole all our corns!! :((

They even spilled a pot of oil alamak.

The owner had to come clean up.

It was a mess.

Hmm then it's dinner time!

BBQ satays, wings, hotdogs, otah, stingrays, prawns, ba kua, fishball, fried cabbage, rice and coke!

After dinner, all of decided to go out for a tour.

Wanted to play with the huge lanterns (forgot whats tian deng called in english), and fireworks.

Never try before!!

But we super heng.

The fireworks seller got caught by police on that very night cos he sold too much -.-

whose head sticking out. lol.

And then suddenly got fireworks!

Went to get some milk tea.

And stopped by this cute mickey mouse stall.

aiyo, act cool but background so cute?? lol!

Envy the people there.

No stress, dont have to be competitive.

Such simple life. 

Had Nasi Lemak, BeeHoon, Kueh,  Milo, Coffee and Soya Milk for breakfast.

Then lunch at the same eating place again.

Similar dishes jus that they change the way they cook..maybe different sauce only lol.
