Woke up to a beautiful morning on the comfy bed.
Stared at the balcony with my love.
Had a warm bath in the bath tub and off we went for Dozo lunch!
Good life. If only we can be like this everyday. lol.

Before we go..

Met up with the rest of the group,
headed to Valley Point for Dozo!
Yummy yummy super excited.

We got a private room to ourselves, how's that.


Here's what dear & me had:

Starter- Chef's selection of assorted platter.

Complimentary drink is love.

Gratinated Escargots baked with yuzu butter.
To die for.

Infusion of Cepes Mushroom with truffles.

Beef Tenderloin on "Pu ye" & Granite hot stone.
Of good quality meat.

Bacon infused pumpkin veloute

Herb braised Lamb shank.

Like a barbarian again. lol!

Dozo's mocktail of love,
Not to our liking.

Espresso Creme Brulee. Good.

Japanese style red bean puff with vanilla ice cream.

As Dozo is a french + Jap mixed fine dining, you can find both cuisines here.
Bill came up to be about $37 per pax..after UOB 20% discount.
U.P $39.90++ for lunch.
Do go for lunch cos it's more worth it.
Dinner is the same but with a cold dish..and need to pay abt $30 more!
This is our 2nd time there and we'll be coming back soon :D
